Together Again is a classic in Europe and even some of her other songs still get ocassional airplay. Can't say the same about Moo besides that Christmas song
"der..no one listens to oldonna anymore" -
"deeerp..radio doesn't play deaddonna anymore, she should retire" -
"deeeeeeep.. the new generation doesn't listen to grandma, #flop" -
Mariah circa MusicBox and Daydream (thats like mid-90s?) was super-global, lets not twist the facts.
Plus she had Japan sth the current girls will never.

those quotes only apply to the US hihi
madonna is still popular in europe, I don't think anybody denies that
Mariah and Janet both don't have many worldwide mega hits.
Artists like Gaga, Rihanna, Britney, Madonna completely **** on them in that aspect. But I think we have to take into account globalization and the internet, it just seems a bit easier for a song to cross over into other countries because of such easy access.
And that fact makes Katy, Justin, Bey, etc look worse because the rest of the world still says no to their songs.....

Yes and Alyssa Milano was number 1 there by a great Margin. Japan >>>>>

Digital era and 90's are non comparable.
Madonna was bigger than her WW, but she still did moderate. It wasn't horrible like Janet.
