Best bit: That anthemic hook, in which Miley sounds like she wants you to wave 'em around like you just do care. What a revolutionary.
After two good bonus tracks, this was a disappointing closer to the deluxe version.
It sounds to me like she chopped up pieces of almost everything else she's done on the album and tried to stitch them together because she needed to pull one last bonus track out of her ass.
