One seconds nicknames are okay at a certain point, and suddenly the nicknames are warn able? This indecisiveness.
The only names allowed are ones that don't mangle the artist's name like Legend X, Queen Katy, etc. No other nickname or title has ever been acceptable since the rule change

Because an artist is not a song. Positive mangling is allowed for albums & songs but none is allowed for artist names.

That's not mangling, and that's not a person. You mangled a person's name. That's where the line happens to be drawn and has been for some time now.
