The member wasn't banned for speaking another language. Some posts the member posted once translated violated the rules. Some of us moderators speak other languages don't forget...

Those are very different situations and only 2 of the 4 points were from those posts. Care to tell me what those all said, btw? Because I translated a few and they were definitely not just regular posts in another language.

Reports get cleared pretty frequently so you can report after it's cleared.
