Looking at some screens, Peach and Zelda seem to have their movesets tweaked. Zelda can summon that phantom knight from Phantom Hourglass, and Peach has some aerial rainbow attack. I wonder if they did the same for all characters.

I'm pretty certain the knight is an assist trophy. There is another screen where she is doing the same pose (the waving pose which he also has a taunt in Brawl) so I just don't see it happened as a special move.
