Ke$ha is a consistent hitmaker in English countries, certainly more consistency than Gagz at this point. At least her lead singles can almost hit #1 (and actually HIT the top spot on iTunes)

don't do too much on Applause not hitting iTunes #1, Katy's digital power is way too strong for that to ever have happened

You can call her someone who peaked early but calling her a one-hit-wonder is factually incorrect. She has had more than one hit, easy as that.

Like BoB said, not in the literal sense or Billboard's definition. But most people only know "Tik Tok," or "Tik Tok" just overshadows every other hit she's had since then. She's not quite a Carly Rae Jespen, but yeah. Vh1 said it best - Vanilla Ice had another hit after "Ice Ice Baby," yet no one knows or remembers that hit song, thus he deserved a spot on their one-hit wonder list. She has hits, just not very memorable ones.
