Nobody is talking about what her fans deem to be acceptable or not. I would think that Beyonce herself would want to aim for the spot considering the promotion that she has done for it so far including: the Grammy performance, multiple remixes, and a completely new video for said remix.

You seem to be confused between "trolling" and actually trying to have an intellectual debate about why an already admittedly successful era can't also produce successful singles. If she weren't worried about the charts then she would not be sending the songs to radio and performing them on major platforms.

You mean ONE performance and ONE official remix? And she's not shooting or releasing a new video for it. Throwing in side videos would defeat the purpose of a cohesive video album. It's just an edited piece of her old magazine shoot to let people know that Kanye hopped on the remix. You're acting like she's pulling a Katy during Unconditionally.

Diplo and Kanye have already remixed the song and she even shot a video for the Kanye version and I don't keep up with her like that so I don't know if it has been released to iTunes or not. But the fact that she took the time out to shoot additional footage for a song that already had a video and even released a teaser to support said song does come across as her wanting the extra streaming and purchases or at the very least the attention that the remixes bring. Which is fine but don't act as though she or her fans haven't been trying to get it to the top slot.
