True. It's always great for audiences to see contemporary art connect with established imagery. It really brings the experience around 360. Nothing is created out of a vacuum.

I was watching a Legend Tarantino interview to get motivated for a film project I'm working on and he basically says the same thing. Applying a unique aesthetic on what already exists to recreate it is what modern art is.
