I only used it to get Jirachi because he's like impossible to get. I think the only legitamite way you could get him was through the Colloseum bonus disc for the GC.
There's also some other pokemon that are hard to come by that I had to pokegen but it's not like I'm gonna be competing with these. It's just so I can complete my Pokedex.
I've been ripped off on the GTS when trading a Bulbasaur with a claim it was a perfect Bulbasaur about 5 times now (I know, they lie a lot on there )
And I have 3 Latios, all 3 are crap with below average IV's and horrible natures.
So yeah, for those reasons I figured I'd just cheat those
He looks so good in that gif. It should be a sin to be that flawless.
