Poor XO, it deserved so much better than it got.

I think people might be starting to get burned out of that "alt anthem" sound now. It's been 2 years since that trend got popular with songs like Ho Hey, Home, We Are Young, etc.

There's still alt on the charts (SS, Pompeii, Let Her Go) but they definitely don't have the same sound as those other songs I listed above.

I read that Rih has vocal range spanning 3 octaves and 2 notes and Bey has 3.3 ctaves and 3 semitones and that both are Mezzo- Soprano(Rih verging along a Contralto) I'm not a voice major but does this mean they are the same voice type with almost the same range ? Or ?
