Why not? That's her hometown and I suspect many grew up listening to her. Not everyone in Michigan is under age 20.

Live Nation can get dodgy with the numbers esp. internationally but NY, Detroit, LA, Rome, London there are certain big cities she's been selling out regularly for decades with no problem.
