ARTPOP just came out in November. Wasn't the album thread closed in late December? After the album's release we only had a month to discuss Yes, I understand other bases (such as Nicki's) have been closed as well. But Nicki isn't in the middle of an era right now. Gaga is about to release a new single, video, etc. and we have nowhere to discuss this. Who wants to be limited to a blog?

We haven't singled out the Gaga base. Other bases have had the same problems happen and their bases were closed for a time. We didn't take away your ARTPOP thread. All album threads get closed a few months after their release. There was no bias to the closing. You can discuss Gaga in blogs like other bases did during the time their base was closed. Spamming the site with threads will only result in you getting WPs.

An album thread shouldn't be closed because it's a "flop" or "underperformed". As long as an era is active and still going on with new releases, it deserves a thread. If they closed album threads just because the album is a flop, the girl in your avi wouldn't have an album thread.
