some read this and think that she was upset because Dark Horse overshadowed Unconditionally and it's chart run just being the promo single. But I think that Katy meant that it's time to move on, the people have spoken and they want Dark Horse instead of Unconditionally.
+ Walking on Air was released even after it loses against Dark Horse for the place of the first promo single.
+ She payed it dust @ GMA, SNL, Infiniti Brand music festival

I feel like she's trying to dumb down her songwriting over the years for the pop industry. she's clearly capable of writing witty and clever lyrics but if you compare ootb to PRISM it feels like a big regression lyrically.
