If this whole "Female MJ" mess becomes a restriction here as a response to the growing bandwagon and tragic simulation of the other users as of late, the Kats as a whole should be left with the sole exclusivity to carry on with the said title as the original and first fanbase to initiate the name.

If it's restricted, it will likely be banned entirely rather than limited to one fanbase. There's no way for us to reliably tell who is or is not a Kat from who is a troll, and no way to verify that all post containing the phrase apply to Katy.
