Omg I'm confused... So are you supposed to actually cut after bulking for the abs or not? If yes, does that mean that you'll expose the abs but lose the other muscle?
If no, doesn't that mean that you will still have to lift for the rest of the body, thus still having to eat more to keep it healthy, so the abs will be under the fat?
