I love all of Beyoncé's albums but I use every single song on B'Day than on IASF. B'Day has much more replay value than IASF although I listen to it occasionally. B'Day>> IASF
As a body of work IASF is her worst album. Individually it has more of her best than any other album(except BEYONCE) it needs to age b4 making a statement. The I Am side is flawless and her best ballad work collectively. IASF was an album meant to shed light on how great she can deliver ballads...she had tob deliver for the urban crowd though.

B'day, 4 and BEYONCE are her best efforts as of now. All of these albums involve Bey exploring new genre and expanding her artistic creativity. These albums, apart from her mega iconic hits, also define her as the artist we know today.
IASF was a great pop album especially the IAM part but it's not comparable to her previous effort B'day or the two albums she released afterwards. In terms of vocals there's where IAMSF might come in as a strong contender.
