You all agree that "State of Grace" was a perfect opening song for both RED album and tour, that's why I am desperately waiting for U2 collaboration on LP5. Then how about finale?
Personally, I'd like her next record to follow the indie/country/pop- rock route. Serve me them U2-esque outros, ala "With Or Without You".
She tried it with Change, and while the outro was good, the rest of the song was ****.

Why does she pronounce "like" like that? I thought that song was like Love Story with Eli being a fictional character.
Because she sings the "me" in "come back to me like" in falsetto and when she transitions from falsetto back to chest voice to sing the rest of the line, she projects her voice from her nose a bit and stretches the note, so it sounds like "eee-nasality-eliii" +plus she doesn't really stress on the "k" much. If she hadn't done the nasal projection, it would have sounded clearer.
I just saw that Diane Warren video, so it seems serious, i can officially write down her name to the collabs list in LP5.

And since she's been talking about scrapping some of the songs that she wrote before, and we saw her in the studio with MM,they're probably doing the main job in these days; they select which songs should be in LP5 and which shouldn't. Or any other kind of changes in the production.
a lot of you may disagrih, but i really want lord to work with greg wells. he produced adele's "one and only" (aka her best song after "hometown glory"), and also katy's "not like the movies" (her best song), "by the grace of god", and one republic's "aplogize". only problem is that he can tend into crappy max martin-like pop tracks too
