I know you can for file-sharing and extreme harassment;
the former is pretty explicitly forbidden in the ATRL rules and the latter is what got the bad sis bubblegum a permaban.
Aside from that and maybe like distribution of otherwise illegal content, I don't think so.
Edit: Hm, just checked the rules page and it's not stated there as I thought it was. I'm pretty certain it's still against the rules, though.
