It sounded like Troy was one of the people Gaga was shading when she was talking about how certain people have become money-hungry lately. But wasn't Troy the one who suggested that Gaga release an album for free to the public? I'm pretty sure I read that in one of his interviews. Doesn't seem money-hungry to me
The man clearly had planned some dark stuff that Gaga didn't like. Remember when when he used Gaga's image to promote his water brand POP WATER? Or when he said he wanted to sell over 30M copies of BTW? He was ambitious and was there for the money indeed.

That was potentially a really smart marketing strategy that would still earn them a lot of money, though. Perhaps even more than if they charged for the music. It was also all about getting more people going to the tour - which he would make bank on.

Yeah that Free album strategy was good. If the 'free album' is good then a lot of people will check for the album after it and maybe will spend their money to buy it.

True. But I feel like he really cared about Gaga. It would've been benefiting her as well. But, ya know, I don't know what went on behind closed doors, so I shouldn't be making huge assumptions. He might have been up to no good. I need a Gaga memoir to expose it someday

Also If I remember correctly, didnt Bad Romance leak MONTHS before the actual release and it was the FULL version. And now they will hunt the people who posts 20-30 seconds snippets from Brooklyn Nights.....
