I've tried to create 2 different threads in the past couple of days, but every time I click "Submit New Thread" it takes me to this page and won't publish it. What's that about?

That is circumventing the report limit either way. If you are able to use the report button go ahead. The time limit is for us to see the reports. If it is opened and viewed by a mod, you can use the report button again.

Post this in the Tech Support thread so it has a better chance of being fixed. I'm unsure atm how to fix it though.
