State of Grace and Holy Ground could have easily gone #1 with WANEGBT-sized promo and streaming.

Red would've sold more without MM because when She released those singles, the dance-pop trend was already dying down and a more indie organic (aka SN) was starting to smash. I'm telling yall, SN and RED would be Diamond if Red had been LP3 and SN LP4

I don't agree, even though my previous posts shows that I love SOG and HG musically. PARTIALLY, the keyword "NEVER EVER" promoted RED, and all the backlashes after that makes me hate it (I mean the keyword)

State of Grace barely cracked the top 200 on iTunes after the X-Factor performance. State of Grace was the worse selling promo single. State of Grace has yet to outsell IKYWT's opening week.

I love State of Grace, but c'mon, the utter delusion emitted by some Taylor stans are beyond hilarious.

except it's true though. SOG would've sell well also if it's the first music the fans will hear abt the new album... they're hungry for new music

SOG didn't chart cause they didn't even tried to promote it lol one performance on the uk will not do & fans will not buy the single again if they bought the whole album tbh

The 'Sweet Disposition'/'City of Blinding Lights' ripoff would not have smashed, I mean come on. Not when 'Trouble' opened with over 400K and stayed top ten for like 4 months, whilst 'Disgrace' opened 1 week later with 128K and had zero longevity, even with X Factor promo.
