I think this remix is too different from the original to count with Billboard's rules even if they did make this official. I hate that because it really ****ed up the remixes of the 90s/early 00s where they used to sound like completely different songs and not just phoned in verses tacked on somewhere.

It isn't that different though, vocally it is basically the same song. I mean if all those dance remixes, even the ones where they just repeat one word over 6 minutes of dance beats gets combined, than this remix should aswell
