I don't want LL after Dark Horse. It doesn't scream summer smash imo. It's more of a fall type of song. I'm not a huge fan of Walking on Air, but that is definitely more fit for spring/summer than LL.

Also LL and Dark Horse have some of the same elements. It's best to not have them back to back.

What's the problem with low receipts? Uncle didn't that good on chart but it was a good single for work and helped a lot for PRISM sales

Don't think that Katy will ever be in TOP10 cuz sometimes it doesn't happen, I don't wanna be that kind of fan that go crazy about charts results, but I think WOA will offer a lot of cool perf and maybe a nice video

If we listen to PRISM at all we'll noticed that the best songs on it doesn't have any commercial appeal so it's cool if she risks sometimes and there's no problem with that

Sometimes Katy needs to release singles that aren't just surefire #1's. This fanbase is getting a little too obsessed with being #1. It's like you're not OK with Katy releasing a single unless you're sure it's a hit.

What about diversity? I know everyone wants Legendary Lovers, but the song is too similar to DH to have it released right away. I don't mean they sound similar I mean they use the same elements

And it's much better if she goes Roar > Uncle > Dark Horse > WoA > LL > ITT or Double Rainbow > BTGOG grammy performance and end the era.

Not every single needs to be a Top 5 smash.

When PRISM was avaible on iTunes for the first minutes it was the first song to appear on the chart in TOP200 position, plus a lot of positive opinions about the song on the internet

It will be. I see it at atleast 4x platinum at the end of it's run. The only thing that could backfire are the lyrics because people will scream "illuminati!" with the "Never knew I could see something so clearly looking through my third eye" line

it will be a hit, but it will slow the momentum a bit. That's why the next real smash Birthday should be released next, to capitalize on the momentum. Oh well, we'll see what happens.

I agree completely!

The only songs left on the album with commercial appeal are Birthday, This Is How We Do and International Smile which is why I prefer if they remain album tracks.

Everybody knows she can snatch a lot of hits while everybody knows her critical acclaim is very low

And for the last, she already snatched 2 smash hits for this era, she don't need to try to repeat Teenage Dream receipts, it's time to show people what she really is as an artists

Choose Your Battles is a huge song which she is credited as a producer, perfect choice to show that Katy Perry has a adult side as a musician
