Okay I'm applying for a job online and I need to pick the best answer possible

"You agreed to hang out with your friend on Saturday but you just received a text inviting you to a big party. What do you do?
a) Tell your friend your sick and can't hang out with them. They wont know you went to the party.
b) Reply to the text informing them you can't attend to the party because you have other plans.
