So i was listening to LL i nschool when my classmates came up to me to check what I was listening to and they couldnt recognize her voice then when I showed it's Katy they were all be like "Oh I like her songs and I always watch her videos because she is hot"

Wide Awake isn't even the best song on The Complete Confection.
I've had One of The Boys on repeat this week, forgotten how flawless that song was. Wish Katy hadn't veto'ed it as 5th single, it would've also been a flawless 3rd single replacing Thinking of You and kept her Top 10 streak running.
I just started listening to OOTB again I feel like she's trying to dumb down her songwriting over the years for the pop industry. she's clearly capable of writing witty and clever lyrics but if you compare ootb to PRISM it feels like a big regression lyrically.
