No one is questioning your manhood by calling or addressing you as "sis." It's just as ks_dollar said, a "term of endearment" that is exchanged among people. It's no different than some people using "bruh" when addressing a person or situation. Yes, even females have been addressed as "bruh" or even "bro" sometimes.
Honestly, it's about how secure you are in your skin and how you identify yourself. If it was a slur, I could understand, but the intent and meaning behind the usage is harmless.
