oh well, at least she looked great. that has to be my all time favorite performance outfit from her. despite it being pretty basic, it's so timeless. she could wear it today and literally still be in style.
Ciara peaked high because the song and the music video were released on Youtube, iTunes and sent for radio adds on the SAME day. The girl is nowhere in the top 100 anymore and it's been 2 weeks since, how can that bit a "hit"?
Those 6 billboard entries weren't even top twenty (30? 40?) stable hits. But yes Legend M, get that gold certified smash singal and 200k selling alberm. I wouldn't be as "pessimistic" if the theories and logics you guys were coming up with correlated with each other or at least made some sense. The fact is, Fall Down peaked at #5 on iTunes, a song that would be a HIT if the lead single off this album. Ashtrays & Heartbreaks wasn't a hit, it was an Urban song. I'll take actual, real, cold hard receipts over these fairy tales. Sorry if I don't think she'll smash with material people aren't familiar with from her.

Not having confidence in your fave releasing Urban music when her last era was a flop in the US, couldn't even produce a 1 million selling single (never confirmed by a real source) or even have a video that could cross the 100 million view mark in less than 2 years. OK!

The cultural impact this era has been REAL, though. It might sound silly but I want the teddy bear outfit from the VMA's to be featured in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame .
