Not necessarily.
I think part of the reason pop even picked it up was because of how successful it was doing on the other formats and the Hot 100. Drunk In Love isn't a song that would typically do well on CHR
Also, I think you're thinking it's going to have a quick descent on Urban which isn't going to happen.
