You can use Pokegen or there is an app called Pokedit which is 99c. I use the app is a lot easier

And I did. Already evolved to Braixen, though; I'm somewhat in, but it's still relatively new to me.
I also got bulbasaur later, who also evolved (Not sure of that stage name, though). I also got Skitty, along with a Garchomp that came with the game (Well, a code came), but that ****ing Garchomp always falls asleep during battle.

With this there is no uploading. You make the Poke, then it automatically uploads to the server when you click done and you just need to go to the GTS to get it. I mean

Yes, I want one, but I don't think I have much to offer, just random shiny Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Kyogre, Mewtwo, Latios, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, no-shiny LV 90 Celebi.

Hmmm, it depends on the trainer. What level is it? If you're still early in the game, certain Pokčmon won't obey you depending on what level they are. Like, once you get the first badge or any badge for that matter, the leader will give you a TM or HM and tells you now Pokčmon up to level, let's say 20 will obey you. So it might be that.

Oh. That makes sense; he's level 50, so I think that would explain it. It just feels like he's useless because almost every time I try to make him fight, it's stuff like "Garchomp looked the other way!" or "Garchomp pretended not to notice".
