Universal Music Australia has confirmed that Mariah Carey's new single, 'You're Mine (Eternal)' will launch at the following times:
* USA - 8am ET on Wednesday, Feb 12th.
* Australia - 12am ET on Thursday, Feb 13th.

I think she might have a deal because a lot of big stations are reporting that they will premiere the song.
