Britney got one Grammy during the
In The Zone Era, and Christina got one Grammy during the
Stripped Era, so that is pretty much a wash.
In The Zone was the 8th best selling album of 2004 and
Stripped was the 10th best selling album of 2003 in the U.S., so sales were pretty comparable in their respective years. So, I don't really see your argument. Sure,
Stripped has sold slightly more overall since then, but In the Zone charted better international, so that is pretty much a wash too.
And by the way, Christina's Grammy shelf isn't exactly stocked. Last time I checked she only had three more than Britney.
Outrageous was still sent to radio and flopped. Her breaking her knee has nothing to do with it's radio performance
