Me and my boyfriend haven't speak to each other for almost a week now because I had the idea to tattoo Kanye West face in my body and he stole it without telling me anything (we are both huge Kanye stans) and I got mad at him and then we argued, we're still together everyday with our friends but don't even look at each other nor speak it's so awkward and it was such a childish argument but I hate when people steal my ideas and a tattoo is a really huge deal because it is forever, now I'm feeling sad because I miss him but I think that I am right so I promised myself I won't speak to him till he does first, this might seem weird but if i was better at english I could explain this to ya'll in a better way

I'm not good at giving advice (not really experienced either), but if i were you i would talk and try to make up with him. I don't think a tattoo (even if it is a big deal for you, which i understand) should end your relationship, you might regret that later on

Why don't you get a lyric or quote by Kanye instead. Idk I'm personally not a fan of people getting portraits unless its of a family member.

nn ya'll don't understand not only my drawing for the tattoo was epic and would look good on anyone but it's Ye, my favorite person in the world along with Rih, I feel like paying an homage to both of them and that's what I chose to do

Wait it was your drawing he stole? Nah that's not cool. Talk to him & tell him you're not bothered at the fact he got a tattooo but it hurts the fact it was you who drew it & he took something special from you.

Talk to him, find out why he did it.
Cause if he really is that sneaky to just steal your ideas cause hes afraid of discussing it with you, then you deserve a better man.
You should always be able to talk to your partner about anything.

He didn't stole the drawing itself but he took the idea of the drawing and used it in his own, he just chose a different pic but with the exact same effects and drawing style, yes exactly, I'm not even that mad because he is making the tattoo it's just more of the fact that I only told it to him and he was like "yes that's a great idea" and then when we were with our friends he suddenly start talking about his next tattoo to our friend (this friend is a tattoo artist) and starts talking about the Kanye portrait and he didn't even tell me anything before and all our friends were like "oh yes that's a great idea, it will look really cool", I didn't even say a thing I was just sitting there like "  "

See it might seem really childish and stupid but this is the point I'm trying to get to, it's not the tattoo itself, it's the fact he didn't tell me anything about it, he had never thought of it before and thought it was brilliant when I had the idea for MYSELF smh but I love him so much, this would never be a reason to break up but I am mad and even more mad at the fact he thinks I have no reason to be mad

I was afraid that I was overreacting and should just let it go and that I was making a fuss about it and it was not that serious but ya'll are showing me that it is indeed something that if it happened to someone else they would be mad too, thank you sisters

Yeah but instead of saying: hey I really like that idea, do you mind if I get a Kanye tattoo? / Can you make me a Kanye tattoo?
He just takes it without talking to you.
He should've discussed it with you, and even if he didn't he should'nt be telling your friends like that before telling you.
