a lot of videos can have To Be Continued at the end just for the hype or because it seems like an unfinished story, but their continuation is not 100% sure.

And yet gaga herself said she has penned the telephone continuation and plans on doing it. I never said we aren't in 2009 anymore, I said she hasn't touched the storyline in 5 years so there is no need to drop it.
If you don't think gypsy is a radio friendly song, you're deluding yourself.
