XO is ok. Pretty Hurts is the worst on the album. The cliche lyrics, the totally unheartfelt vocal, the basic pop beat. A mess. I will laugh if it gets released and doesnt become the international hit it's tries to be. When Bey goes pop, she always does trite ballads. Why not more danceable stuff that she prob. can slay?
actually, you guys are kinda right when you say beyonce's music is basic. her singles collection (without dc) would suck. crazy in love and lose my breath were just her musical peak i guess.
