Is this version have the same degree of strategy like The Duelist of The Roses or you just can spam megamorph and fill your deck with the most powerful monster cards like in forbidden memories.

i registered and im downloading the program its quite big tho, my only question is - will i be able to duel with the monsters that we're used to from the anime show or there are new ones? i dont get it

there are some decks already set up for you, but they're all character decks so it's best to build a new one

The last thing I remember about the Yu-Gi-Oh is the GX anime, like what the hell happened after that? Can someone elaborately explain what are all these xyz synchros or whatever? I was obsessed with Yu-Gi-Oh but only the old school stuff.

It's not that complicated, most of them have different effects like monster cards.

A good one for syncro:

Ok...Synchro Monsters are monsters that are summoned from your Extra Deck (formerly known as the Fusion deck). In order to summon them, you need a Tuner Monster (you can tell which ones are Tuner because next to the type of monster they are, it lists "Tuner") and a non-tuner monster (or more--and obviously, non-tuner monster means it can be any type of minster. Though it sounds like a Fusion or Ritual Monster without the Spell Card requirement, here's the catch: the level of the monsters used to synchro summon the synchro monster MUST exactly match. For example, let's take Stardust Dragon, which is a level 8 Synchro Monster. In order to summon it, you'll need to have a Tuner and Non-Tuner monster on the field who match up to that level (by the way, unlike Fusion and Ritual summon, the monsters have to be on the field, face up, in order to Synchro Summon)

Yes, you'll be able to duel other people, there have been a few changes, not many, mainly just cards being banned
