I love Shakira, stanned her since Pies Descalzos, and I love Rih (stan since Umbrella), so this does not come from a place of hate. I think this songs is not good enough for a #1 and it's certainly not good enough for our girls.

I think that was the problem here. The chorus is repeated THE SAME EXACT WAY all the time. I think if Rihanna sung at least one or a couple of them and they changed at least the pit in some of them this would be 1.000.000 times better
