Yes she is. Madonna wasn't loved by that generation during that era. To go from being a total hasbeen with American Life (of course a hasbeen for that one generation) to having one of the biggest hits is surprising. You think singles buyers who made sure Hung Up happen give a **** about her past legacy? They just loved the song and the performances she gave for it
J.Lo is pretty loved too. She's definitely up there in likability.
I do remember parts of the chorus though since 1 of my roomates wouldnt stop singing it last yr
