Actually, shadow web is the one we use, since it's just 10% of the actual web and they occupied the other 90%. And I still think it's hella overrated by ppl. It's safe unless you visit places you shouldn't be there at the first place. And other than the online bazaars and what are actually uploaded there, it's just place to search for deleted/archived contents.
