I always see that Taylor fans(most of them) think about the genre too much. Who cares it's country, pop, rock, or anything else? We know for sure that lyrics are the most important thing to her, that she will never write about meaningless things.. so we shouldn't care about the music on a song if she gives it all with the lyrics.. At least i don't care about that too much

MM has good songs, I just didn't think he fit the Lord's style. They produced nice songs together, but they were far from being her or his best songs. I'm gonna be optimistic and believe their work on LP5 is gonna be better, but I can only see it happening if she changes even more her style. I don't think a radical change would be bad, but it would be weird, at least at first.

EDIT: If they made songs like Behind these hazel eyes, My life would suck without you and Daylight, rhythm and lyric wise, it could be really good. I think IKYWT was a little weak in the lyrics because of the "you found me 3x me me me me" parts, but other than that, is a great song. I would find 22 to be silly in whatever type of sound it could have. WANEGBT has very good lyrics, I don't like how it was produced, but She was the one who wanted to follow this way, so I can't blame MM for that. I keep saying that her best songs were produced by Nathan, and I really liked her work with Jeff too, MM remains the worst producer she has worked with (or at least the one who did the worst work with her).
