In a world where Beyoncé and Rihanna have years of careers ahead of them and Britney... well...

She was also the eighth best selling artist of the decade and had an album inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and they only recognize the works of music legends.
I was trying to be fair and unbiased in my post, so I don't see why you are coming for Britney.

Albums don't get inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame. Only ARTISTS do.
And being the best-selling is not the same as "doing (insert genre) better than anyone else."

The world where both of them are still slaying (increasing their legacy), proving their talents and gaining new fans.

Typical ATRL member bringing up sales acting like that's equivalent to better music. "Best selling teenage artist" WOW LEGEND. PURE ARTISTIC MUSICAL GENIUS SHE'S THE BEST SELLING TEENAGE ARTIST OF ALL TIME lmao.
Your reasoning is cringe worthy. Britney isn't a legend. Her craft is nothing compared to even the lightest legends.

I counted being added to their archive of the “most comprehensive repository of materials relating to the history of rock and roll" as the album equivalent of a person's induction, but obviously you disagree. I am aware that she herself isn't in the hall. No need for the anger. I recommend Midol.

So basically, you made up your own rules for induction? LMAOOO.

No one's angry here. You were wrong and now you're salty. Get over it. A simple "I stand corrected" would've sufficed.

As I also mentioned in my post, Britney's fifth studio album Blackout was added to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's music library and archives. It can now be accessed in The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's music library and archives by music fans and even cited by scholars for academic work. The archives were created to be the “most comprehensive repository of materials relating to the history of rock and roll." So Britney doesn't just have sales, she also has the "musical genius" that you mentioned in your typical, rude ATRL member post. Her music actually is comparable to the legends, because it is in the same archives as other legends. Please feel free to try again, but maybe you should try posting like an adult and respect the opinions of others.

Excuse my poor word choice, maybe I should have used the word "added" instead of "inducted"? I don't think it makes much of difference, it is in the archives, whether it was added, inducted, teleported, thrown, etc.

This does not mean "Britney is a musical genius". This means that the Hall of Fame has a LIBRARY where people can go in and borrow musical material to USE, whether for personal or academic reasons.
