Honestly, the streaming rule is/has been a mess. They needed to lower its effect, though it should have a big say. CRTFY is NOT by any means the most popular song, not even top 10 tbh

I agree, especially for when the streaming points are coming from parodies/commercials.
This is the first time that I can remember where everybody is so thirsty for the lower half of the top 10, but doesn't care about the #1 (we already know Katy's got it in the bag).
