In terms of making new music, I think she should shut everything out. Ignore all outside influences like fans, the gp, the media, or her label, and just focus on the music that she loves. Just create from the heart and focus on the sound of her work as it's created. It should be a totally insular and isolated process, away from any kind of expectations.
That way we could fully appreciate what she comes up with when she's finished.

I think that should have been her main priority from day 1, but she got so lost in the expectations of others

Completely agree with you guys. I think she focused too much on trying to please others and trying to win the GP back. She's her best when she doesn't care what outside influences say and she just makes the best music she can.

I doubt that's the only reason why but I'm sure it factors into it. It might have caused a lot of drama behind the scenes that really got her down.

She claims to do this though  Her problem is the music is just ok and the execution is a mess and she pays WAY too much attention to the media however this is something she's always done she always thinks people are trying to destroy her but for the most part they're doing the opposite

She's probably a lot more influenced by outside expectations than she thinks she is. She should spend days locked in a recording studio and really feel music without thinking of what it should/needs to sound like.
