I *think* the pre-sale is sold out but I'm not 100% sure.

You don't need the code for livenation. I think you only need an account there!

I did that last time, I got one from Ticketsnapper (if you know that since you're from germany?)

but my problem is that I am broke and I need to affort the tickets + the travel to cologne because she doesn't play in south or mid germany like Frankfurt -.-

and I am probably too broke for that my first gaga tour I will miss!

you "only" need the money for the tickets right now! you can still save money for the rest in the next months.

You could also try to come to Zurich if it's close enough.
