Well yeah, that's what I'm saying too. It's her own fault.
She had singles in 1999, and in 2001 she had Another Day in Paradise which was a decent hit WW. Then in early 2002 she released WAU which smashed everywhere, and the Full Moon which was a decent sized hit.
It's not like she wasn't doing anything... she was just not doing as well as she should have and that was because of her image at the time.
