I wouldn't mind GUY being the next single. I'd rather have Gaga not care if she flops and releases the best songs on the album than have her release the most radio friendly.

Right though. She doesn't really have anything to lose from this album anyway. And some albums in history have had dead 2nd singles and hit 3rd singles. Although DWUW wasn't really dead, just slowed and ended.

I'd rather her do that after giving ARTPOP a shot at some commercial success. Gypsy with a great MV and good promo at least means she gave it her best shot. Then if it's successful she can try something like G.U.Y. or Sexxx Dreams (despite the radio edit) for continued success and round it off with whatever flop single she really wants: Venus/Fashion/Donatella/Dope
Why people are saying there will be a third single from ARTPOP? Has anyone confirmed anything? Was there ANY announcement, any word or update on a third single, apart from short lived Interscope's so called confirmation about Gypsy? There is nothing that we can hold on to regarding third single.
At this point, with her "the wait will be worth it" and still tagging her posts "#ARTPOP", I think there will be something related to the album, but it won't be a third single. I think there might be an EP coming or ACT II. I don't think she will continue with third single like nothing ever happened.
But I'm not expecting anything until May/June 2014. If she's saying we will have to wait, then WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT LIKE REALLY LONG.

or a non-choreo performance like on the Voice ?
I would prefer a performance like she did on the voice because the way she sang the lyrics slayed me + she really could hit all the notes
