I think it's more along the line of what Bad Kids said. If you look at the Born This Way ball for September of 2012 her month was FULL of dates. She literally had a show every other day of that month. After just coming back from surgery there's no way she'll be able to keep up. She needs to pace herself and I think those breaks are to allowed her to do something musical wise in between and allowed to rest up some.
BTW they did two mistakes with the e-mail, they've written North American in the e-mail ( really ) and they've sent the link to buy LMZ. But don't worry the code will work for any ticket you want, confirmed by her manager:

You should get a e-mail with a PASSWORD and link where you can buy the tickets. Did you just join it or a few days ago?
