Finished Prism. It was indeed mediocre throughout but the last two songs are pretty great.

On to ARTPOP. I listened to it through twice before but I don't remember how anything except for DWUW goes.

I think Kesha's tracks are better because she has a much clearer authorial voice; Katy sacrificed hers to get where she is.
