I feel like if she had given a CLEAR and CONCISE explanation as to what exactly went wrong with the promotion, the dwuw video, and the album campaign coming to a complete halt, the fans would have been less annoyed

i don't think there's a concise & clear answer though. It seems complicated. A variety of things - their own timing mistakes, the label not giving her enough time & direction, her being stubborn, Terry being a mess, R Kelly mess, perhaps personal (substance) issues etc etc.
I'm SO gonna get banned from GGD in a bit
