Rihanna will probably be the next one to perform. She has the discography, it's just her performance skills lack. But she more than has the discography.
I think next year's halftime should be like the halftimes from the early 2000s (the ones produced by MTV). That way, current acts can perform one song each, with one performer (preferably a veteran artist) being the headliner.
