Donna Summer is the best black female legend. No holier than thou attitude on stage, great charisma, great vocals, skinny, fun groundbreaking music etc. She'll always be my favorite.

She was the first TRUE Black POP artist. She opened the door for Black artists like Janet, MJ, and Whitney, and even helped break the mold for Madonna. She's incredibly influential, and she never truly got the recognition she deserved. She's my favorite female artist after Janet and Xtina.
